These are the students who need special attention in order to understand their academics. The English Language Learners are also known as Limited English Proficient in official documents. This course is also known as bilingual education. As per this course, the academics are taught in two languages. This means that the students get the knowledge about the academics in their native language but they also have to get proficient in the second language i.e. English. These kind of programs were designed in order to achieve language expertise, content understanding and school language at the same time.
