It is very important to have a proper implementation of the different products which are manufactured by the company. The company is new in the market therefore it is important for the company that the different strategies should be implemented successfully. The implementation of the different plans will be easier on the part of the government as there is not any kind of restriction from the end of the government for the companies. In order to implement the product mix of the company, the complete layout has been already setup. The company has setup us the factories in New Zealand at six different locations. Two of these factories will be used for the purpose of manufacturing of the T shirts, 3 factories will be used for the manufacture of the shoes while the one factory will be used for the manufacture of caps. Thus the products can be effectively made.

Thus, when the company will grow big, there will not be any requirement for an additional setup. Though, in the initial times, there will be development of only around 1000 products per day. This will ensure that the implementation of the product mix is done in such a manner that it will always continue to fulfil the requirements of the people who need to use the product. It will be ensured that the production done by the company should be in such a manner that there is minimum wastage and harm to the environment. The products will be designed in a completely eco-friendly manner. Also, the control would be done by implementing the different laws which have been made for the sustainable production.
