It is because of this reason that we proposed the introduction of ERP so as to improve the profitability of the company. The proposed ERP (Enterprise resource planning) will help to integrate all aspects of business which will in turn improve and streamline the operations and thus reduce the costs and increase the profitability of the company (Paul et al., 2005).
