For the timely completion of the designs, the works involved in the portfolio creation and attracting people through Twitter will be completed within the stipulated time. The factor of time management is taken in consideration in this aspect. It is ensured that all the deliverables in the tasks are researched in an extensive manner and these are identified and presented accordingly.
The designer also has to be look in to the aspect of long term and short term benefits from online portfolio creation. The time plan is derived on the basis of the course structure. A time frame will be set well before starting all the elements like research on designs to be done, creation of photography and illustrations, online registration in Twitter, uploading designs in Twitter, implementation of needed modifications to attract more traffic to the personal page, frequent updating in portfolio, participation in discussion forums, commenting on other people works as part of promotional strategies etc. Specific time frame is set for all the activities separately to enable more smooth and fast completion of activities.
