In the duration of which I was working in the organization, I was able to have a clear view of the environment in which I was working. The environment was considerably friendly, even though there were a number of different categories of employees. I was able to see a number of different ethnic groups and age groups within the organization. There were a number of employees with families, some workers who were older in age, younger part time workers like myself, along with different minority groups as well. This is a major issue in majority of the organizations as per my research, and aboriginal and indigenous population get affected a lot by such criticism from the society that results in affecting their productivity and performance at work. This group is mostly affected by the base of customers as well. This is due to the fact that a number of people in the society discriminate this group of people (Commonwealth of Australia, 2002).

Thus, even in the case of my organization, there is a need for including this group in strategies for increasing their opportunity in order to motivate them (Wright, 2014). Further ahead, David Jones Limited should also consider management of human resource in accordance with the group of employees having some disability. Workers who were older in age were given tasks in accordance with the caring responsibilities of the organization. Thus, I would like to conclude that even though there are certain issues in the diversified work force and the ways in which these are managed, the organization provided a safe and friendly environment for the performance of work.
