These theories included the Buckminister Fuller and the popular culture (Ross, 1978). The people in these buildings had enough freedom to move about the larger structure as well where they moved the smaller cells whenever they wanted to and however they wanted to. These ideas were influenced from the west and were gaining popularity in Japan.
