The employer should provide correct performance appraisal bonuses and facilities to the employees so that they will be motivated to their jobs. All the employees within the organization should be able to understand the goals and policies of the management.
Managerial control and employer in an organization are responsible for different levels of jobs within an organization but the employees are those who are mainly responsible for the productivity of the organization. The roles of the employer also include forming a fundamental link between the actual processes and desired outcome but both are more or less dependent on the employees within the organization because the efforts of employees decide the outcome of the processes. According to the human resource management theory, employees and employers should share their interests with each other as they have same kinds of importance in any organization. There might be some conflicts between the employer and employees but that should be managed by both the parties. If there is any need to bring any change in the human resource management policies then it must be done jointly by employees and employers. All other interpersonal conflicts should be solved clearly by both of them. Both the employees and employers should keep one thing in mind that employment is quite a long term partnership between employers and employees and is based on some common interests.
