Change Management operates by indicators such as leadership, communication effectiveness and acceptance. Resource requirements for changes for the development of accurate transition strategies in order to avoid the failures in the process of change or resolution of problem situations have been mentioned here. An effective management plan should be revised to take into account all the above aspects of the changes. This can be achieved with the following resources:
a) Use effective communication strategies that can bridge the gap in the understanding of the benefits of change and strategy implementation. A good mailing system and internet based information should be used to make all employees aware of the changes. Seminars or gatherings should be organized in order to make employees understand the good impacts that will be brought about by the changes.
b) Developing an effective scheme for the conversion of the organization. In general, such measures can counter the resistance on the part of the company and bring them to the overall strategic direction of the organization.
c) If necessary, conduct personal counseling staff in order to reduce anxiety related to the changes.
I’ll seek the approval from relevant managers via business letters same as the letter in question 4. Change management is often considered as temporary and thus lying in a fashion model or as a single project which is fast lockable. But, it is hardly debatable that companies must undergo a permanent change to long-term success in the market. It is the change management, not just a fad, but primarily to the professional execution of the currently developed and currently marketed concepts. The charge of change management as a fashion may therefore relate only to its content. So, Telstra should consider this change management project plan and take the plan into account.
