There are various ethical considerations in conducting a research. As it is held in the form of interview, there is likelihood for people to give personal opinions and private data to be more detailed. This raises a concern on safety and privacy of the confidential data.
There are 3 other rules that both should follow to make the research successful. These are as follows:
– The research methodology should not begin without a thorough understanding of objectives.
– There has to be a high degree of fairness and transparency for every question. Respondent should be truthful to every answer. The researcher should not intrude into the personal aspects of experts and market leaders.
– The maintenance of data after the completion of research is important. It should not be left without maintenance. This will affect the ethical principles that were agreed to and the respondents should develop insights on the post maintenance of the records after the research results are listed to the public.
