The first type of challenge which I think that the multinational corporations face when entering foreign markets is human resource issue. The multinational companies have culturally diverse workforce due to which people with different cultures and values work together . Therefore, the complexity of the different cultures leads to many conflicts in the multinational corporations. To cope with this challenge, I believe that the multinational companies should localize employment in the host countries . Therefore, localization of HRM has emerged as an important phenomenon for international corporations.

Another challenge for the multinationals when entering foreign markets is the difference in the cultures. Culture influences the international operation of business so people usually have different attitude towards business. These cultural conflicts lead to inefficiency at work and frequent clashes between teams. This requires the international managers to understand the fundamentals of the business culture in the host country. Third challenge faced by the international managers is the government limitation on the business in the host country. The government usually put different restrictions in different countries. Therefore, it influences the operation of the international business. The international managers are expected to fulfil the important duties such as resolving the conflicts between the teams and understanding the cross-cultural ethical problems. It is also required that they adopt effective leadership strategies to cope with these problems.
