Tenth is establishing a communication server. This is perhaps directly related to the first strategy. This involves the gathering and sorting of all the information available on the customer and his or her tastes and preferences. After this information has been gathered the task is to enter it in a centralised system. This will give the benefit of dispersing the information to all the branches of the hotel. So should the guest decide to stay at a different hotel in the future then he or she will be able to do so and benefit from the same personalised service.
